Yeah that's right mate, but when you finish off your mass gainer you'll want to add some carbs to your post workout shake. I really like the WMS and oatmuscle/oatmass Marcus stocks because they don't bloat me like dextrose does. Have equal quantities of protein and carbs in your shake and you're laughing.

The recovery stack has some great stuff in it but there are other, more basic things you should get sorted out first. Once you've got the rest of your diet under control and you're looking for a little extra to help you train like an animal then look at the recovery stack.

Did you have a look at that pasta recipe I linked?

The manufacturers website would tell you to take the mass gainer 100 times per day if they thought you would do it. What i would recommend is get a pure WPI off Marcus for during the day and then just use the mass gainer post workout until the tub runs out. Then you can switch to adding some dextrose or whatever to the FC WPI for post workout.

This is one of my favorite lunches that is really quick and easy. It's low in fat (if you use a decent mince) and if you make your own sauce like I do you don't get any of the sugar and preservative crap you get in ready made sauces.

For weight loss eat a small portion. For mass gain eat a BIG portion. Easy Smiley

There's definitely plenty of room to improve your diet there.

Where you just say "shake" is that the same mass gainer shake as in the morning? Because that's 3 all up so quite a lot of sugar when you add it all up. I'd seriously look at replacing that with some of Marcus' WPI and just add a couple of teaspoons of sugar to your post workout shake (the only time you need the carbs).

You're getting a lot of carbs in the morning but no protein, I'd add 3 whole eggs to that. The yogurt and banana and stuff is good. Can you give some examples of your lunch? Some peoples idea of high protein are different from others.

Training looks pretty good there mate. Only thing I would add is some hamstring work on leg or back day.

What is concerning me is the takeaway and coke. It's a miracle you didn't end up with a hell of a lot more than a bit of a gut. What's your diet like now? What are you eating?
