Of course it's suitable Matt. As you can see, all bases are covered and the ingredients are some of the best in their class. Even the amazing (and yes I truely believe it’s amazing) cholesterol is included. That means even the manufacturing of your testosterone is covered. I'd like you to come up with a way of improving on this. For example you can add almond meal. I saw a product in woolies just yesterday that I haven't seen before; it was called LSA. This stands for (finely grounded) Linseed, sunflower seed, and almond. You could add a tablespoon of peanut butter, milk, some cocoa and you would have turned this into a very powerful anti oxidants due to the cocoas high ORAC rating. Check out reply #17
