That is one awesome looking shake Fadi.
As I have very limited time to eat while I am at work would this shake be suitable to have for a mid morning meal and/or afternoon meal? Or do you have any other suitable shakes. I would prefer to eat a solid meal but just don`t get the time.
cheers,
Matt

Of course it's suitable Matt. As you can see, all bases are covered and the ingredients are some of the best in their class. Even the amazing (and yes I truely believe it’s amazing) cholesterol is included. That means even the manufacturing of your testosterone is covered. I'd like you to come up with a way of improving on this. For example you can add almond meal. I saw a product in woolies just yesterday that I haven't seen before; it was called LSA. This stands for (finely grounded) Linseed, sunflower seed, and almond. You could add a tablespoon of peanut butter, milk, some cocoa and you would have turned this into a very powerful anti oxidants due to the cocoas high ORAC rating. Matt, other "tastes" that go really well together are pineapple and coconut. There's a fruit drink which I buy from woolies, (no I don't have shares in woolies), it's called Golden Circle Pine Coconut fruit drink. Check reply #3 here: http://forum.fitnesscentral.com.au/index.php?topic=528.0

Thank you for your interest Matt and it's really good to hear from you again brother.

Fadi.

If it is not truthful and not helpful, don’t say it. If it is truthful and not helpful, don’t say it. If it is not truthful and helpful, don’t say it. If it is truthful and helpful, wait for the right time.
