That's completely understandable mate. I know what it's like to look at something and really not want to have to eat it.
I personally like tuna and basmati rice after training because I find it nice and light. Unfortunately I don't eat a lot of low carb meals so I don't have much input to give you. I'll have a think about it.

Yeah yoghurt is not bad but be careful of the ones with added sugar. Adding any fruit to this meal will bump the carbs up pretty quickly but seeing as it's your first meal after training it might not be too bad.
The only other thing I can think of is nuts. Almonds and cashews are really nice and have good protein and fats. You could maybe add a small amount of fruit to balance out your ratios and make a nice little meal.

Yeah really good. Have a squiz at the last couple of pages of my log in the training logs section. I've put on a fair bit of beef and am in the process of dieting down for a couple of shows in October.
Have you been training much?

Not looking too bad there mate. The only thing that really caught my eye was the alfredo sauce. Even though it has weight watchers written on it I can almost guarantee it's bad for you. I'd stick to tomato based sauces with as little artificial crap and sugar in it as you can. I make a sauce with a bit of garlic, onion, chopped tomato from a can and some fresh basil and it's really nice.
The only other thing would be the slice of cheese at night. I wouldn't be too worried if it was just one little bit, but I know sometimes one bit turns into four and that's not something you want right before bed.

Hi thanks for the tips mate,
Yeah, I kinda knew it wasnt the best pick, but its easy and thought it would be better then some of the other alfredo sauces. Ill try and change the sauce to something more tomatoey thanks.
Do you think its enough pasta/rice or not enough? I dont really feel hungry at all.
I only ever have one slice, but i can defiantly drop it no problems at all, what do you think?
Do you think it would be a issue, not having much protein with my rice cakes, peanut butter and a banana? (planning on swapping banana occasionally for a apple as well)

I'm assuming 30g is the weight before cooking? It's a pretty damn small portion but if you're not hungry after those two meals then it's fine. I personally am eating about 100g dry with lunch at the moment and it a pretty decent serving. You're having two smaller meals though which to be honest is probably better.
How much chicken or steak or whatever are you having with meals 1, 2 and 4? That will determine if you need to get more protein in at meals 3 and 5.

Hi,
What I do is, I cook 6 chicken breasts and then up being my 5 meals, mon, tues, weds, thurs, fri. Then at work i just eat half of that meal, then the other half later on. I use a weight watchers alfredo sauce, which says it serves 2 , i use that for my 5 meals (which end up being 10 meals)
I dont really feel that hungry, its a small meal, but I think I might up it to 50g.
