When I start dieting I'll try taking regular pics to show the progression.

As long as you don't put on too much fat then that's fine. Just don't go putting on 10kg only to have to lose 9.5 of it in a short amount of time. You're pretty good at staying in good shape and making gains though so I'm sure you'll be fine.

We still need to organise a session together too. Smiley

haha nah, just keeping a close eye on my weight and how i look to make sure I don't blow out too much. Right now I am roughly 5kg over my comp weight, but a lot of that weight is fluid. I want to keep it around this range, and if I can put on a solid 0.5 - 1kg of muscle before the Aussie Titles I'll be wrapped.

Yeah now that you're free from exams, let me know when you want to hook up on a Saturday for a session at Doherty's or something.

Sweet mate. I've been training quads at Next Level with a mate on Saturdays but we'll work something out.

I'm 99.99% sure I'm going to be making the trip up to Darwin to compete in the open division of the Elite Championships Saltwater Classic in addition to the IFBB Vics. I'm super excited about this because it's going to be the highest quality class I've competed in by a long shot and I get to watch the epicness of the elite show too.  Smiley

Yeah it's gonna be awesome. I've always picked shows that I find fun to be a part of and I think it probably wont get much "funner" than this show.

On a side note I started dieting this week (15 weeks out). Basically my diet is exactly the same as what I was eating previously except I've dropped the rice from my dinner in favor of some veggies (very little carbs). The plan is to slowly modify the diet as I get closer to the comp to try to make dieting more pleasant as well as maximising the muscle I hold on to.

So far I've lost 1.5kg this week but I'm sure a lot of that is just water. Feeling good anyway. Smiley

My diet is coming along nicely. I'm a little behind schedule but at the rate I'm leaning up I should be fine. I'm not doing any cardio and am eating ~2800 calories a day so I've got plenty of cards up my sleeve.

Should hopefully get a couple of pics to chuck up on Saturday.  Smiley
